In 2005 the Spurtnip Cup grew in stature dramatically, transcending all that had come before. With advertisers paying top dollar for pitch side hoardings and over 10,000 fans arriving for the game it became clear that a Matchday Magazine was required.

This Magazine was supplied free of charge, but has since been spotted changing hands on Ebay for nearly 300 pounds. It is widely believed that West Ham Defender Anton Ferdinand has amassed over 50 copies for his personal collection, although he has yet to comment on this himself.
